Designed for current, experienced, and aspiring SWAT and specialty unit team leaders, the SWAT Team Leader Course is an intensive three-day course that develops and refines the critical leadership skills necessary in high-risk operational environments.
Participants will engage in realistic decision-making exercises, mission planning scenarios, and in-gear tactical training to enhance operational effectiveness and leadership under pressure. The course also covers essential topics such as risk mitigation, legal liability, selection and testing, and contemporary training strategies to help team leaders operate with confidence, clarity, and accountability.
Through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on exercises, attendees will leave with practical tools to better lead, train, and manage tactical teams in today’s complex threat landscape.
