Scott Mueller is the Special Agent In Charge of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension’s Metro Regional Office, and is also the Minnesota Financial Crimes Task Force Commander. Mueller has more than 17 years of law enforcement experience in patrol operations, general investigations, financial crimes, crime scene, missing persons, abductions and homicides. He has led and supervised numerous homicide investigations, officer involved shooting and missing persons cases. Mueller has been instructing law enforcement in areas such as defensive tactics, firearms, crime scene, missing persons, interview and interrogation, officer involved shootings and death investigations. Mueller holds a Master’s degree and is an FBI National Academy graduate. Mueller has testified as an expert witness in the areas of police use of force and firearms related cases.
